I don't understand - will your parents let you ship something if the receiver prepays the cost?
This guy in Australia posted a note about needing a new belt just a few days ago. Maybe he is willing to pay for the shipping of the belt from Colorado to Aus - it would still be a lot cheaper for him than buying a new one!
